Uncle Silas Bennidict and Elsie Rose and I think the older girl is my sister Florence born in June 1927, and the smaller baby on his lap appears to be my sister Jean who was born Aug 1930, so judging from her size and the hollyhocks I see in the background I would say this photo was taken in the summer of 1931. Location unknown. I'm not sure when Silas Bennidict died, maybe in the later 1930's or early 1940's.

The picture is one I had in my album. The house burned July 1935. I called
Eda and she said it was the same year brother John was born. My Mom was in the
hospital having her appendix out in July and John was born the following
December.
