The Oriental girl is probably one of Roy Smith's
girlfriends from the South Pacific when he was in the Navy; or Panama Canal
Zone when he was in the Army. (John Dagion)

Either Richard Hankins or maybe Barbara Van Aken - (John

This is Barbara Van Aken - I remember that photo from up
at the house. There were a lot of photos that I don't know what happened to.
There used to be a big box full of photos that I used to look at a lot years
ago. What ever happened to them is beyond me. I hope some of the family has
them. I looked for them a while back and George could not remember what
happened to them. - (Richard Hankins)

Regarding
u1954.jpg photo of woman with rabbit and dog: it sure looks like
my aunt
Mate also known as Mary E. Lacey Jones, looks like it was taken
down by her house at Montgomery, NY. It's quite flat and swampy but the
train ran right behind the house where it was easily visible. Her house was
built kind of strange the bottom half was the garage and was cinder block
then you when up to the second story which was the living area, however it
gave a good view of things. Lots of ducks and stuff. She always kept dogs
dashhounds at one time. Looks like her hen house in the background. (Evelyn
Rose Boyles - Silas gDaughter)

Donnie can't remember his last name he is Mary Porter's son. I will have to
try and get mom over her to look at these photos maybe she will know who
some of them are. - (Richard Hankins)
Is not me (Donnie), but instead appears to be that of Walter
Warren when he was a child. (Gary may be able to confirm this)

I believe that the U5 picture is one of Margaret's grand
daughters, Christine, taken at the north pole, (in the Adirondacks), around 1960.
