Covered Bridge is definitely the one at Beaverkill, built by Davidson.  I have a postcard with the same exact photo, by the late Bob Wyer of Delhi.
Mine also says "Greetings from Pine Hill' , so you can't believe every picture is of the place you are getting greeted from.  This picture was taken on the other side as you would be coming in from, what is it?, Berry Brook I believe, looking up the Beaverkill. - Evelyn

EB Ward mansion along the DeBruce road before DeBruce.  NYS Assemblyman, Charles B. Ward. Ward was the one who imported all the goats which came into the Manor by O&W train and were moved on foot to his farm in DeBruce. I also believe C.B Ward later went on to Washington. - Wayne

Walter Kocher of Tarrytown, NY had purchased DeBruce Inn and Debruce Farm including the C. B. Ward Estate sometime prior to 1947 when my father and mother, William and Marie Dutcher, and I moved to DeBruce Farm as my father became employed by Kocher.  I remember as a young girl seeing the remains of the Ward Estate.  It was in quite a fallen-down condition at that time and all grown up with vegetation.  But I do remember that I thought it must have been a grand house to have lived in. Two story, central stairway.   My father and grandfather, Herbert Van Aken and I believe, possibly my Uncle Harold Van Aken, finished tearing it down and disposed of the debris - Barb from the South
