Liberty NY  - 100 years

Flash Movie of the corner of Chestnut and Academy Street as it went from a church at the turn of the century to a Office building that is a Law Office today.

The first building was the Episcopal church and was the northern-most parish in the Diocese of New York. The building was enlarged before the Episcopal church congregation went under for lack of membership.  The Panebakers were parishioners there but I’m not sure about others. - Geoff

After the Episcopal Church closed, a law firm used the structure.  Then, Congregation Avahth Israel build a new Synagogue behind the site and both are there today.
