WE NEED YOUR HELP!

There are many jobs and tasks that go on at the DuBois house.  We as members have many talents and I am sure there are items on this list that anyone can do from the most skilled work to simply helping to clean.  Please come by some Saturday to help us achieve our goals in maintaining this important piece of history.

WHAT? YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO ANY OF THIS SO YOU COULDN’T POSSILBY HELP!

Well I am glad you mentioned that because as you can see from the list, a lot of the work that goes on here is simply cleaning and helping.  Many of the projects just need extra hands.  All of the members here are willing to help teach how the detailed work needs to be done.  This could actually be a great opportunity to learn how to do some of the work listed.

WHAT? YOU DON’T HAVE TIME SO HOW CAN YOU HELP?  BECOME A FRIEND

I’m glad you asked.  If you don’t have the time then you can become a friend of the Andries DuBois house which means you will be willing to help us fund some of the work which is as important as actually doing the work.  Also, as a friend you will receive the booklet “History of the Andries DuBois House”

More information can be found on the Historical Society Website at

http://WallkillHistory.com or contact Libby Ross to become a “Friend”
