Old Manor Station torn down
because  of a combination of needing more room for railroading purposes with the growing importance of the Manor's location on the line, as well as incorporating the style of architecture that the railroad began using on its stations; but these are only a guess. The newspaper only hints that the building was old, which it was not.- Fred
